Focus Areas
PPG Advisory LLP conducts capacity building programmes primarily for Government institutions and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), with an emphasis on governance systems, leadership, and effective implementation.
- Governance and Business Practices for the Public Sector This flagship programme covers critical governance and functional areas, including stakeholder consultation, social impact assessment, procurement and vigilance processes, taxation and asset management, ESG, and related governance practices.
- Governance and Programme Implementation for Senior IAS and PCS Officers These programmes focus on leadership development and contemporary governance challenges such as change management, artificial intelligence in governance, public private partnerships, environmental impact assessment, service matters, and principles of procurement.
- Experience-Based Learning PPG Advisory LLP follows an experience-based learning approach, where sessions are led by practitioners with direct experience in policy formulation, programme implementation, and public administration. This ensures relevance, practicality, and immediate applicability.
- Institutional Engagements PPG Advisory LLP has delivered capacity building programmes for senior executives and officers in government and public sector institutions, including Oil India Limited and the Uttar Pradesh Academy of Administration. It has also functioned in the past Indian Industry Association, a private sector body.
